World | Automating Client Onboarding

Challenge: Partners in Peru struggled to track how many World App sign-ups they generated with the existing kiosk tool. This made it hard to measure performance and fairly pay bonuses, since reporting was based on estimates instead of reliable data.

Solution: Built a custom kiosk app that automatically generates QR codes with deep links, tracks sign-ups in real time, and gives partners their own dashboards to track performance.

Impact:

  1. Partners now have clear accountability on results

  2. The company can pay bonuses based on real numbers, not guesses

  3. Happier partners = stronger store adoption and faster user growth

Luxe Hunter | Automating Legal Contracts

Challenge: Luxe-Hunter sells properties quickly, but contract drafting slowed them down (SPAs, Transfer Deeds, etcetera). Relying on a law firm worked at first, but as sales scaled, so did legal costs — eating into margins and slowing closings.

Solution: Developed a custom suite of AI agents trained on Luxe-Hunter’s past agreements to automate first draft of contracts. Integrated with their CRM, contracts are generated instantly when deals move forward. Drafts require minimal edits, drastically reducing time and dependency on external lawyers.

Impact:

  1. Contracts generated instantly from CRM updates

  2. Cut drafting workload by ~50%

  3. Lowered reliance on expensive external legal support

MartiDerm | Automating WhatsApp Sales

Challenge: In LATAM, WhatsApp is the #1 sales channel. MartiDerm was driving all ad traffic to WhatsApp but couldn’t keep up with:
- 100+ daily conversations
- Slow or missed responses
- Lost sales opportunities

Solution: Built an AI WhatsApp agent that acts as a fully independent sales rep:
- Conversational and brand-aligned
- Includes shopping cart + checkout directly inside WhatsApp
- Handles sales 24/7 without human intervention

Impact:

  1. ~$ 2,000 USD sales generated on autopilot

  2. 25% lead to customer conversion rate (5x increase from traditional e-commerce channel)

  3. Eliminated lost sales from delays or missed replies after work hours and during weekends

LIEN | Automation Sales Operations

Challenge: With 50+ agents, LIEN needed a cost-effective CRM. Using Notion worked for admins but was useless for sales agents since Peru’s real estate portals (Urbania, Adondevivir, Proppit) don’t have APIs. Leads couldn’t flow into Notion automatically, leaving teams with outdated and messy data.

Solution: Built an automation that detects new leads on those portals, scrapes contact details instantly, and registers them in Notion. This transformed Notion into a real CRM without the high costs of top CRMs (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)

Impact:

  1. Clean, up-to-date lead database in Notion

  2. Sales leaders can now track team performance and assign leads effectively

  3. Saved tens of thousands vs. enterprise CRMs, while keeping agents fully enabled

About me

I’m Omar - I build AI systems & automations for businesses.

I began my career in sales and operations at tech startups, where I saw firsthand how much time and money gets lost on manual work. In 2020, I started automating with tools like Zapier and Integromat and when AI took of in 2023, I went all in.

Along the way, I’ve learned that AI only makes sense when it:

  1. Saves time or reduces costs

  2. Generates more revenue than it costs (i.e. ROI > 0)

That’s the standard I now apply to my projects.
